Isn't that the butchers apostrophe debate? There's some flexibility when it comes to the plural of acronyms. Generally one would say "he got straight A's" rather than "he got straight As".
If so then either form is correct. Personally I prefer "ISAs" but am not always consistent and don't lose much sleep over it either way.

But A's being correct is different - there's a single abbreviation (shown by the '), so ISAs in your form should be written I'S'A's
[BTW, in your example, what would A be an abbreviation of, it's simply a grade.]
