British Land,Land Securities and Great Portland Estates share prices have fallen.

Does anybody think they will recover in the near future?

This is a [newly recombined] forum for discussing landlording, and the state/direction of the market. I suspect you won't find many people here with broad/deep knowledge of the various property sector stocks never mind their respective merits.

Under the Sectors and General Shares there are boards for Banking, Oil+Gas, Mining and Metals already in place. Perhaps you could suggest adding a further sub-cat for Property - residential and commercial, or similar? I'd suggest giving it a broad focus to give it some starting momentum.
