It's probably only a minor thing with everything else going on with the site at the moment, but I just wanted to note that the Lemon browser-tab icon seems to have disappeared on my Firefox browser today.

Seems to be there on Chrome and Edge though...

All sorted - CTRL+F5 has brought it back to life for some reason.
