The link to the external Financial software site now reads:

(redirects to some helpful software tools, at your own risk of course; see MANAGING YOUR FINANCES for a discussion board)
Would it not be better to move this link into the group it references? Preferably right next to the "Financial Software - Discussion " board. Or even put the link INSIDE that board as a sticky announcement.
