If you try my recipe, I made it just now, and need to post a correction.
I said equal quantities of cream and cheese, and indeed it feels like that as the cream spreads through the pan before adding the cheese. But in fact the cheese is the main dairy component. The cream goes in first, and mainly helps with getting a smooth texture. The cheese is body and taste.
