AAVC numbers are out but no great surprises although 2 notable events ;
1) John Kerr, a director since the launch of this vct in 1996 is finally retiring, 26 years on the board is a bit of a stretch to my mind, especially as he is stillChairman of the remuneration committee until he goes.
2) The AGM is to be virtual, despite covid restrictions have ended so those memorable AGM's at City Club & then latterly at Charterhouse will now presumably just be memories.
What a shame, Albion vct AGM's were always "very attendable"...
Perhaps our leader thought he was roughed up too much at the last one when tricky questions were put to him, much easier to duck those on Lumi or Zoom eh ?

Not for those of us in distant parts. Moving the meeting online opens it to all of us - subject only to diary constraints. Should be a requirement by now for all LSE-listed companies to open up online!
