HH1&2 have announced that they intend to raise funds this year.

HH2 look to be using their unused over allotment facility from last year and have increased it slightly to £7.5 Mio

But the below announcement from HH1 especially caught my eye.

"The directors of Hargreave Hale AIM VCT 1 plc will confirm their fundraising strategy shortly which, in addition to raising further capital for its existing investment strategy, may also include the creation of a new class of share to facilitate further investment into private companies"
