Both of the Octopus AIM VCTS have announced their intention to run a non-prospectus offer for subscription, i.e. limited to EUR 5m each.

Unicorn, Amati, and now Octopus, all proportionate fundraising.

The AIM funds seem to be setting a Good Example. If only some more of the Generalists would follow it ... not least elsewhere in the Octopus stable.
