ProVen Interims
The interims for both ProVen VCTs were published in RNSs issued this evening after the market closed. I think I now know why they are slightly later than usual this year. The first allotment and issue of shares for applications received for the 2016/2017 ProVen Growth & Income VCT Offer takes place tomorrow. The next one scheduled after that is not until 31 January 2017. The half-yearly report states that the interim dividend which has just been declared will be paid on 16 December 2016 to shareholders on the register on 18 November 2016.
