Thanks Gryff - a standard format card used by IBM for almost everything of that age. It is interesting to know what the metal cans are.
Apart from the resistors and the two yellow/red capacitors, there is very little informative marking or writing on the other components. Most have a seven-digit code and have numbered pins but no values. The cans, as well as having numbers, are marked "IBM WF" except for one marked "IBM-YV".

I could tell it wasn't military (no NSNs in sight) and was probably from a large equip manufacturer using their own custom part numbers
Also, it doesn't look robust enough to be military, and there is no thick conformal coating.
