i was traveling on a single-decker bus today.
I find people generally are courteous enough to say, "Thank you driver," as they get off. Today was different.
I noticed a lot of people saying, "Thank you driver. Happy Easter!" and the driver reciprocating and saying, "Happy Easter to you too."
I have never seen this before - is it a common thing at Easter? Felt good hearing the exchanges take place, for some unfathomable reason.
