In these days of miniscule CGT allowances, my sale of PFC a couple of years ago may be of some use.
Otherwise PFC can GTF.

I really don't understand what is going on at PFC. As you know, the shares were suspended on the LSE on May 1 and we have heard nothing from the company since then but acc. to posts on ADVFN, they are still registered on the NY exchange (and other exchanges too, I believe) and the price shot up yesterday by 820% the equivalent of 277p, leading to rumours of a possible takeover. However, after a high of 277p it's now back to 34p so my sigh of relief has now been stifled. Still no RNS from PFC.
What I don't understand is how they are allowed to suspend dealings on the London exchange while allowing them on other exchanges and indeed why they would want to. Any thoughts?
