I have been looking at investing in this company.

2,429p today and a dividend of 8.24%!

Any views?

I think the Mayor of London's announcement today that he has agreed a target for 35% affordable homes has given a boost to the house builders and particularly BKG. However the house builders are very cyclic at the moment and you may be able to buy at a later date at a better price.
