Smallcap Sweep. 03-Feb-17

Oakley Capital (OCL) FY trading. NAV £2.33 - £2.35/sh (£2.00).
Johnston Press (JPR) FY trading broadly in line with the Board's expectations. This compares to a 5% decline in Q3, in the immediate aftermath of the Brexit vote."
Zamano (ZMNO) warns. Payforit and similar move in Ireland "will prevent the Company from maintaining a cashflow positive trading position going forward. In light of this the Board believes that it is necessary for the Company to take the decision to formally wind down the existing business lines in order to protect the cash position on the balance sheet. The Board is also currently considering alternative strategic options that are being assessed. It is anticipated that such options would require shareholder approval and, accordingly, the Company will update the market in due course on the alternative options. In the absence of a timely strategic alternative, the Company will look to monetise its UK/Irish listing and make a distribution back to shareholders."
Haydale Graphene Industries (HAYD) H1 trading. Warns on FY rev, ""Whilst the slower than originally anticipated development towards commercial sales affects our short-term revenues, continued development of the next generation commercial products provides us with significant confidence for the longer-term..."
