Scheme of Arrangement Effective date: 20th February 2017 Terms: GBP0.020 Pay date: 6th March 2017 Sepura Plc has entered into a Scheme of Arrangement with Hytera Communications Corporation Ltd, effective from 6th March 2017. Under the terms of the Scheme, holders will be issued with GBP0.20 in cash in exchange for every Sepura Plc share held. Accounts will be updated on 6th March 2017 upon receipt of the cash from the company.

IMO it was corporate activity that sank sepu nothing to do with the sector they operate in.
A real shame, sepu was a nice little company.
