Home cabling project advice

Hello All

It's time for a rewire at Moorfield Towers. Here's what I'm looking to do - would be very grateful if anyone could point me towards any websites with wiring diagrams/schemas that I can use to draw up a plan for our electrician.

Satellite Dish + cabling to serve 2 TVs
Ethernet cabling that broadband router can plug into to serve 2 PCs and/or TVs
Cabling for security cameras

The said TVs are about 25m apart, so a I imagine a signal booster will be needed somewhere for the Aerial & DIsh. Moorfield Towers is quite a long building and despite several attempts at complete wifi coverage it's never worked 100% well so I've decided to add ethernet cabling as well.
