It has had some money spent on it.
We couldn't find the function room upstairs nor the free TMF buffet. The reason being they now have rooms for overnight stays and the function room is no more. That's where I first came face to face with The Beard and learnt of the word pettifogging, which we've discussed previously.
They still have the amusing two flights of parallel stairs. The outer ones where demonise missed a step and lost her wine (or was it a large G&T).
I recommend the place to the house, should the multitudes who attend the Fool Socials get fed up with the present venue's invisible line and the smell which was encountered last time around.
