Self Assessment for a child

DAK if one can register for online access to the self assessment accounts of children? As far as I can see, one cannot!

My daughter wants to chase an outstanding tax refund for 20/21 for her 8 yr old child. She's tried calling HMRC but they say they are closed until Sept 4th!!

So she wants to go online, look at his tax statement and request the refund.

So much for 'customer service'!
