My summary - if you compare apples with oranges, and make excuses for a number of bad apples, then the conclusion is that apples are surely better than oranges. Full of inaccurate generalisations and dodgy comparisons with no critical analysis. Simply an uncritical cheer leader for ITs. Possibly due to the author apparently having spent most of his working life as an IT manager
