It's a bit worrying that some of these questions need asking at all. But drat, who am I to talk? I only got four out of five.

I got them all right, and THEN realised the road markings were there. I must say it did make more sense with the markings.

Much to my surprise I got 5 out of 5. Which considering that the nearest motorway is 32 miles away; that I don't think I've ever seen a Smart motorway; and I only use motorways when travelling up to Scotland for holidays or down to Lancaster/Skipton to visit relatives, is quite an achievement.
