What made these tracks? (And, no, looking through binocs there's no obvious unretracted claw impressions)

I don't know, but the rightmost track seems very straight. Our foxes seem incapable of walking in a straight line, they meander to the left and right, so if it's a fox, it's certainly not one of ours.
But... the prints do seem to be far apart for a cat.
