The first of five 15 minute episodes was on Radio 4 today.
Max Cotton ex political journalist's podcast on his year long experiment to consume nothing other than what he has grown himself on his small holding. By his reckoning he must produce 1 million calories of food to sustain him through his slightly eccentric quest.
If the first episode is anything to go by it'll be interesting and light hearted humour. The other episodes are 1 a day each day this week and I'm looking forward to hearing how he gets on.

His six(!) sons don't really seem to be on board.
