News from last night/this morning:

JPMorgan’s chief market strategist Marko Kolanovic said he is concerned that there is “froth building” in markets.


Asia drives surge in bitcoin

If the froth unwinds it would affect a lot of my holdings (mainly equities).

And gold, that refuge of the worried, is high.

Time to top-slice perhaps.
Diversify.
Trouble is, no one wants to bail out on a bull run.

There is a difference between over exuberance in a particular share and in the market generally. It is for that reason that I use the median holding value as the yardstick by which I decide whether or not a share is overweight by my standards.
