Was that article a parody? The devices were variously described as paragliders, hang gliders, parasails and parachutes, all of which are completely different to each other!

I often think the news is printing joke articles for fun. This one a few weeks back

It looks like I used to be a terrorist then and I've been to Doncaster too. So guilty!
Don't think I will be terrorising this weekend as I'm a fair weather terrorist. I'll give an advanced warning to keep clear of North Devon beaches.

Someone was high for sure. Either the lady giving the quotes or the journalist. Incidentally, I'm a bit behind the (high) times, is puff now legal in Britain? If so the Metro office would be exactly sort of place you might find a few stoners...
