He did all of that before he got banned from London? God knows, some people get away with murder.

I guess you didn't read my post. It wasn't a technicality, it failed on every metric required to make it lawful, the media chose to major on the date, but even had that matched up it was going to fail. Moreover there would appear to have been a concerted attempt to fit him up. If the Police can do that to him, they can do it to anyone.

Moreover, given that the whole arrest was unlawful, pepper spraying him whilst handcuffed which clearly is never allowed opens up the public purse for punitive damages. Just great.
