I posted a very long reply but perhaps because it was enlarged text it failed to arrive here. I think unless you are strongly motivated to learn TA - and you have stated that you are not so minded - acquiring Metastock which is a very advanced programme might just frustrate you. I will post off Board the name and e-mail address of my supplier. If you google "Candle Charts" you will find lots of educational material.

The one thing I did not explain in my post above is that the expectation is for a breakout (whether up or down) to take the price up or down by the height of the rectangle. This means that shallow rectangles may not be worth trading.
