Re: Book Club - voting for Jan/Feb read(s)
I was determined not be late arriving at this thread! We have such a good selection of books though that the decision is a difficult one. I will be happy to read any of them (and may well read them all eventually) but I'm going to vote for The Leopard and The Brief.

Wouldn't it make more sense to post this as a poll? I think you would need to create a new thread to do that.
Not sure yet if I'll find the time to participate. If I do, I'll start to venture my own nominations

I've had a look at the FAQ on how to create a poll but I don't seem to have the "poll creation" tab when I try to post a new topic. Does anyone else have it?

Polls have not, as yet, been enabled on "Books and Reading" although they exist in some other Forumes here. If there is such a wish, I imagine reporting a post and requesting them might assist or drop a line to stooz or Clariman via their Profile.
However, although the Poll options permit them being set up to vote for more than one option they cannot cope with ascertaining the top two preferences only, in that the OP said "If you vote for more than two, only your first two votes will be counted.".
