Listened to the first chapter of this book this morning on BBC Sounds, very uplifting and thought-provoking. Ageism is rife and it's time it was taken on. Listening to it I was reminded of an article I read some while ago about how HR departments routinely use euphemisms such as 'energetic' in job descriptions to mean young, coz that would be discriminatory and we couldn't have that could we.

Thought it might appeal to a few Lemons anyway.
