Re: Warehouse REIT Plc (WHR)
Not a holder; but personally very surprised that they managed to get support for the offer at the high level of 111.5p.
Seems as though many have interpreted the recent portfolio valuation update as an NAV Update. Not the same thing at all of course; so that 111.5p is likely to be at a c2-3% premium to NAV and on a lowly yield of just 5.4% - lowly relative to most other small REITs.
I would expect the shares to drift lower, remember they were on offer at just 107p a week ago.
Not good value at this level...

I hold. Can't see it getting away at that price, in this market.
Happy to subscribe at a more realistic price, but 111.5p doesn't do it for me.

But might one ignore the offer and buy at it's current SP of 103p, which according to HL offers a 5.85% yield?
I can't help thinking that the current Covid 19 crisis will increase demand for warehouse space, e.g. more online purchases and more storage/stockpiling of goods.

I'd spend a little time on the company's website first. You may be misunderstanding their customer base.
