Relations are thinking on signing up to the Postcode Lottery (the one advertising the £17.3million prize fund for December).
Does anyone have any experience of this company?
Do they have decent customer services?
I find it odd that you appear to sign up online but all references to get help seem to be via Phone or Email - there is no online servicing for cancelling for example?

I've been playing for almost four years and had to phone a couple of time in the first year, once to change my direct debit date and once to change the bank account the DD comes from. It was easy to get through and the people I spoke to were very helpful and efficient.
