Looking for company card allocated to a vehicle

Hello!
I'm looking for a bank that provides company cards in UK that will not be allocated to a person, but for example to a car registration or described as number. We want to get rid of cash settlements and conduct everything online, rather than counting money physically every week. The reason that i'm looking for that type of card is because of high employee turnover, so that I wouldn't have to replace it too often .

I thought that your username being the same as a cash app and you asking a question about cash and online payments suggested that you might be promoting something in the guise of a question. We've seen this before but on this occasion I got it wrong. Sorry.

I have no personal experience but...

There appear to be a number of organisations that offer corporate charge cards. Loads that are just for fuel (is this linked to the vehicle?), or some for fuel and other spending. e.g. Veloscard, Allstar, and more...

I'd be worried about monitoring use of same, especially with a high staff turnover. How do you know they won't run off with your card? But the cards seem to offer live monitoring and reporting of every spend.
If they require a PIN, you could always make it something easy like "use the expiry date", or "last 4 digits on the card" or some such.

I guess you'd have to check their Ts+Cs for multiple users of the same card. Or give them a ring and discuss your requirements.

Hello Woocash,

In a previous company, all new starters were requested to open a Pockit Card in their own name and funds were loaded to the card by the company for business expenses. The receipts are then provided by the employees to cover expenditure.

If employee leaves with a positive balance, value can be deducted from final salary calculation if receipts not provided or used for personal expenditure.
Card remains the employees so no need to replace if they leave.
