I'm trying to cash in an investment bond. They've written to me saying I should upload my documents to their website. However, the document upload feature at pru.co.uk/documentupload is hopelessly broken - it produces lots of security-related errors on the console when trying to upload files amongst other errors.
I really don't want to have to post the documents since I live overseas.
Does anyone have an email adresss for Pru to which I could send the documents. Couldn't find anything on their website.
Thanks.
Edit: Just to add, I have been unable to register for their online servicing or use PruMail. Their IT systems really are a pile of excrement.

Re: Contacting Prudential
I can't see an email address but this link allows you to send them a message on line I think: https://www.mandg.com/pru/customer/en-g ... ge/prumail
This gives an address to write to : https://www.mandg.com/pru/customer/en-g ... rite-to-us
I know they're having quite a few problems with their IT systems at the moment.

Re: Contacting Prudential
I've now realised I can contact them via fax.
I guess I now just need to wait and see if they respond to my communication.
