We could be set to lose a recent IPOd tech firm to the US:
https://markets.businessinsider.com/new ... 1033293283
I have a small position in this firm, average cost of share being 457p. The offer price is 620p. Wondering whether to sell half now (currently at about 615p) or wait to see if the speculation pushes the price higher.
Anyone else hold, or have views?
Matt

Re: Darktrace PLC (DARK)
What would happen if DARK listed on the NASDAQ? Probably what happened to ARM - circa five-fold increase in SP. So unless it’s a forced sale, hold, and wait for DARK to see the light.

Re: Darktrace PLC (DARK)
Thanks Graham,
All I currently know about the bid is what is in the RNS
https://www.investegate.co.uk/announcem ... lc/8159015
and the news:
Thoma Bravo, L.P., a private equity firm, announced on Friday that it has reached a deal to buy Darktrace Plc (DRKTF.PK), a cyber security company, for in $7.75 per share in cash through its Luke Bidco Limited, a newly-formed company indirectly wholly-owned by funds managed or advised by Thoma Bravo.
since Thoma Bravo is a PE firm, I guess that DARK will disappear from view, and not end up on NDQ.
EDIT: And yeah LSE:DARK have agreed on the sale
