Appears on the verge of going bust.

A dismal share price performance

No dividend for many years, so likely to have been avoided by Income seeking investors.

I missed this from yesterday evening:

Mothercare plc

Completion of Transformation Programme

Others can pick out the detail but that would no doubt be the reason behind the share price recovery today.

Very interesting right now. They've made a trade deal with Boots and the share price has begun moving again at the bottom. Currently under 10p but fluttering about.

Seems rather a pointless exercise.

I have mentally written off my investment in this company and I doubt I'll ever even be able to make use of the loss.

We can but hope...There may be lots more babies due to lockdown. Don't suppose they will go out of fashion anytime soon. Mothercare stuff was just too expensive from my vague and distant memory.

Your home-schooling experience must have been a lot better than mine...

Things got so bad that I nearly booked myself in for a vasectomy a few weeks ago.

I've actually already had one, but I just wanted them to make absolutely sure...

Cheers,

Pretty much the opposite I think.

Economic shocks are correlated with a drop in births, and I doubt this will be any different.
