Nope. Chrome on my PC and on my phone were "fresh" browsers. And I can still see if with a forced refetch.
Maybe a DNS issue in different parts of the net? I have 84.18.206.207 for it.

dunno. But it would mean whatever DNS BT uses is in sync with whatever dns istdownrightnowcom uses.
