Site upgrades November

Hi all
There are going to be some major upgrade to the site in the next few weeks which come with a high risk of outage while they take place.
Sorry we can't say when exactly, but we will keep them to a minimum as much as we can.
This also means some features you have got used to may have to change or may be missing as they can't be implemented until after the site is upgraded. It is better to have site up with missing features than remain down longer than required.
For example the Google search and main search are going to be difficult to have running for a while.
There may also be things not working correctly so we welcome your feedback and appreciate your patience while we upgrade.
I will add more info on dates and even times as it gets closer here.
During the upgrade there may also be login issues where people have cached files which we can't control.
