RECENT OUTAGES

Hi Everyone
You will be aware we have had several days without a site.
We want to give you our sincere apologies.
We have begun undertaking improvements to the site which unfortunately haven't all gone to plan.
Initially we had an attempted hack, which the software chose to lock the site from all access
This solution was agricultural so we looked at improved security products.
We have now installed a new package that has live monitoring, firewalls, DDOS attacks, as well as a new Caching product to make the site faster.
During the security installation the Sites SSL (Security certificate) was repointed to a new firewall. This became corrupted in transfer, bringing the site down again.
These are now resolved, however we are still making changes, and while we don't intend to have more outages, please bear in mind the site will be restored as fast as we can.
