I am still investing in Green Energy. I have great hopes for the coming years. The poor, say up to about 70k. Rent mortgage etc are going to provide me with a good income and growth. They will pay to the Rich between say 5/10k for a an Air-sourced Heat Pump that may or may not be suitable, for the more wealthy amongst us. I noticed this week true or not that the Government is going to fine manufacturing companies that do not sell their quota each year. So you can be sure that the quota will be met regardless of suitability. This is goverance at its best.

Methinks that taken2often is indulging in a little sarcasm.
Though I do think he is right.
As Tim Brooke Taylor once said, the poor should pay higher taxes than the rich. This would encourage them to work harder to become rich.
