Continuing run of 'something every month so far this year'.......3 x £50, 1 x £100 on full holding.

£500 on a full holding and nothing on £20k.
I see some bounder won £100,000 on a £300 holding

Re: Premium Bonds
£100 on each of two modest holdings, the same as last month.
For 2024 so far, we're seeing returns of around 5% per annum. Not looking forward to the reversion to the mean...

Re: Premium Bonds
Nothing whatsoever on a full holding, just when I have lots of major expenses coming up! Not a happy bunny!

June was a good month, all family holdings got winnings, equivalent to 4.7%/year.
Over the last 12 months, on all family holdings, total winnings equate to 3.72%.
(Current published prize rate https://www.nsandi.com/products/premium-bonds is 4.4%; and here are the recent historic prize rates https://www.nsandi.com/historical-interest-rates)

Re: Premium Bonds
£150 this month on a full holding - takes my rolling 12 month return to 3.20% (and that is after grossing it up to reflect the winnings as tax free).
Will need to drastically improve if it's going to meaningfully contribute to my tax bill in January!

Re: Premium Bonds
4 x £25 + 2 x £50 + 1 x £100 = £300 on full holding. I don’t think I’ve ever had so many (7) wins in one month although I’ve won more.
Best wishes,
Steve

I have only had a full holding for 12 months now, but I have won 4 prizes in a month three times, including this month. Plus I won 5 prizes once. So based on a sample size of one, winning 4 or more prizes in a month is not rare. It happens one month in every three.
Moreover I won at least one prize each month, so no null months.
Most money won in a month was £750; least was £50.
Perhaps the most important number is the total amount won in the last year, £2,675, giving a return of 5.35%. Not bad. I am staying in for year two.

Re: Premium Bonds
For 2nd month running zero prizes on full holding, adding to all the expensive bad luck I have been having for some time,.in addition to IPF.
