How to contact Scottish Widows

#346371

I have an Income Protection Policy with SW. They have increased the premium after I filled out the form to say don't (and don't increase the amount paid out). Tried phoning them on the number on the letter about the increase and all I get is cut off and an out of use message on my phone. How am i supposed to contact them? Not impressed.

Alternatively I'm an idiot and the letter I fished out from my filing system was from 2019 and the number has been deleted. I eventually found a number on their website and fought my way through they computer phone system and got through to a person who has hopefully solved the problem.

I know one or two Scottish widows but I doubt if they can help you.
