Barclaysafe (secure document storage): service closing

Just been speaking to someone at Barclays: the Barclaysafe service is closing

https://www.barclays.co.uk/current-accounts/barclaysafe-storage-service/
Barclays wrote:“We haven’t offered the service to new users since October 2019, and we’re now closing it. We’ll be writing to existing users over the next few months to tell them that.”

Barclaysafe is (or was!) Barclays' secure paper document storage. I don't have any firm details, but it looks like Barclays are starting (a date of 4 Jan for first letters was mentioned) to write (I haven't had a letter yet) to users of the service to ask them to retrieve pouches/wallets, and the back office is a bit busy with requests (unsurprisingly) so they've not taking any more withdrawal requests at present. Tnere seems to be no date for final closing of the service, it sounds like a phased/gradual thing, letting people get their documents, and also so there's not a deluge all at once on the back office that's shipping all the pouches out.

So if anyone has any recommendations for a similar secure paper document storage service, that would be useful/helpful!
