My son is looking to sell his small semi, nothing out of the ordinary. We had a family discussion about estate agents (who charge 0.8 - 1% commission locally). Several of the family felt that Purple Bricks was the way to go, being cheaper, but in the local market, P B don't seem to have made much headway. They have not expanded in the way I would have expected, and local agents still get most of the sales business.
Has anyone got views or experience of Purple Bricks?

Re: Purple Bricks
Thanks for that, I’ll read the thread in the morning. Strange it didn’t come up in my search of the site
