As I previously commented;
I made an insurance purchase in February and it didn't show on my account.
After waiting for 6 months I decided to write to the company and make complaint.
The matter received prompt attention and I have now been informed that my claim is valid and I will receive cash back as offered.
In pursuing this matter I have discovered that there is more information via the account page -- if you know where to look. It may be seen that my lack of knowledge of this further layer of info contributed to the breakdown in communication but I am still convinced that the transaction should have been viewable on my account page.

I have been with them for years
a few months ago got vastly underpaid cashback from a Wickes major purchase £3k+
Sent it a complaint to TCB, they dealt with promptly and a few weeks later I got the right amount
must say that is the ONLY time that has happened, normally it works as it should
