Not that long ago Interserve had a market capitalisation of £60m. Now Mitie are paying £271m for one part of the company.

Mitie are welcome to them. Interserve managed to get ransomware attacked about a month ago and the problems seem still unresolved. They're now sending email from joeblogsINTERSERVE@yahoo.com. Their facilities management - from what I have seen - is a (bad) joke.
