Some may hold, even if only from the ICAP carve-up late 2016.
Another held divi. Good news (for me).

Re: TP ICAP (TCAP) 2020 Interim Report
This from yesterday appears to cast some doubt on the interim divi due to be paid 6 November. Not too clear - maybe the 50% cut will be implemented against the final divi?

Dividends
The Board declared an interim dividend of 5.6 pence per share to be paid on 6 November 2020 and, if the Potential Acquisition is approved by shareholders, the Board intends to pay 50% of the £94m dividend currently anticipated in respect of the year ending 31 December 2020. From the year ending 31 December 2021 onwards, TP ICAP intends to target a dividend cover of approximately 2x underlying earnings over the medium-term.

564m shares...dividend is/was 16.85p ( and has been for 8 straight years! )...approx £95m.
https://www.dividenddata.co.uk/dividend ... ?epic=TCAP
Interim = 5.6p
I would interpret this to mean a final of c.2.82p.

Re: TP ICAP (TCAP) 2020 Interim Report
Another HYP share of mine which seems to have succumbed to management ego. I have held since 2011 and have received a 5%+ yield since but now that is to be rebased. I won't say any more in order to avoid breaking the guidelines.
