South 32 Final Dividend

They announce a final divi of 1(ONE) solitary cent, to be paid on 8 October. Barely 1/3rd of last year’s.

I’m not even whelmed.

Pathetic really. Roughly a 2% yield, including April's 0.85p 'special'.

After a promising start, S32 have proved to be a dud, certainly compared to their former parent, BHP.

Not a HYP share any longer, but I will continue to hold.

They are being supercautious. They could see the writing on the wall when they announced their interims in mid-February.
