reallocation of Signature Aviation

#377471

Postby minerjoe » January 15th, 2021, 1:06 pm

Today I sold my Signature Aviation shares (Formally BBA) and reallocated the proceeds as follows;

Of the sale plus cash

MNG - purchase (full allocation)
Carnival Curise Lines - Purchase (1/3 allocation, long term recovery purchase)
Unilever - purchase (full allocation)

Total portfolio is now 34 shares (including value shares with no dividend/low dividend), HPY shares 31 with a yield of 5.36%

I will share the end of year in April once I can square out the year and assess the impact of Covid on my dividends. It looks as if gross dividends will fall 17% and dividend per unit will fall 24%. However I do not rely on my HYP for income and will not do for probably another 25-30 years.
