I see that Crest Nicholson (CRST) have re-instated a dividend (for any holders out there!)

The last dividend was paid in 2019. The last final, also in 2019, was 21.8p.



No info on the dividend amount other than "Reinstatement of dividend at two and a half times cover, effective from HY21"

The rebased dividend is very cautious.

(disclosure - no holding in CRST but interested because of any potential read across to Taylor Wimpey and Barratt Developments regarding possiblhy "prudency" (ie dividend decrease :( )
