"We aim to pay dividends as soon as possible, however all payments will be paid within 10 working days of the payment date. View key dividend payment dates."

Not sure about HSDL in terms of what they're committing to!

That is not much of an undertaking. I have two ISAs one with Interactive Investor and the other with HSBC Investdirect. In both cases, almost without exception, I get dividends credited on the due date. Of course with certificates they arrive in my bank account on the due date.

I once had a delay with HSBC and when I phoned them I was told 10 days - the same as iWeb.
