July 2021 Dividend Payment and Ex-Dividend Dates

#423629

Postby Itsallaguess » June 30th, 2021, 6:35 am

Here's a list of July 2021 dividend payments and also below it a list of ex-dividend dates that we can expect for next month.

Dividend payments first -

And these are the ex-dividend companies for July -

Apologies for any omissions in the above data. I've compared the original list to the EPIC's listed on the HYPTUSS data-sheet, so hopefully there shouldn't be too may issues.

The above data has been compiled from the really useful 'Dividend Data' website (https://tinyurl.com/ybvcatga / https://tinyurl.com/y6wun8yj)

The previous list for June 2021 can be found here - https://www.lemonfool.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=29658

Wow I missed this
PFD Premier Foods FTSE 250 1p 01-Jul 30-Jul

And from release
The Company last paid a dividend to shareholders in 2008. Over recent years, the Company has made significant progress in delivering against its branded growth model strategy and so in turn, reducing Net debt to a level that would enable the payment of a dividend under the Group's financing arrangements. In February 2021, the Company completed a capital reduction which will provide greater flexibility in how the Company manages its capital resources going forward. Subject to shareholder approval, the directors have proposed a final dividend of 1.0 pence for the 53 weeks ended 3 April 2021 (2019/20: nil), payable on 30 July 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 2 July 2021. The shares will go ex-dividend on 1 July 2021.

I think I bought just a year before the cut - well I bought Ranks Hovis McDougall, which was taken over by PFD.

You can be excused for missing the dividend announcement. In fact you ought to be recognised for your patience. I am sure that 1p per share will help no end. This Board is HYP Practical. Is the whole subject not a bit off topic?

Yes, it is off-topic. However, the OP's exuberance at the resumption of dividends after an interval of 13 years is perhaps understandable. --MDW1954
